ABOUT ME

Hi Coach Cathy here,
I grew up in the UK, and years ago I packed my bags and moved to California for love and ended up building an entirely new life here. Four kids, countless adventures, and a complete career pivot later here I am.

I’ve been a flight attendant, a full time mom, and now a personal trainer who’s obsessed with helping women 40+ feel strong, capable, and confident again.

Travel introduced me to so many cultures and ways of living and it shaped how I coach, connect, and care for the women I work with today.

Motherhood taught me unconditional love.

Strength training taught me that it’s never too late to feel amazing in your own skin.

Today, I coach women through my IGNITE Method using the 3 M’s: Mindset, Muscles, and Metabolism because those are the things that truly change everything.

My mission?
To guide you, support you, and help you become the strongest version of yourself without extreme diets, burnout workouts, or trying to be perfect.

Just real, sustainable strength… and a coach who truly gets it.
