If you need a trainer who will make you want to lift yourself off the couch and show up, go with Cathy. She has an innate ability to sense what motivates people and leans into it, hard. So many times, I have shown up feeling low on energy and desire to workout, but then I hear that “LET’S GO LADIES!” in her Cathy voice and I can’t help but dig in and try my best - and I always leave her workouts smiling and feeling accomplished. I particularly like how she tailors her workouts to people of all sizes, shapes, ages, and goals. Even in a group setting, her attention to what each person needs and her ability to modify on the spot let’s you know you’re in good hands. In short - if you want to work hard, be supported on your fitness journey, and laugh a lot, you want to workout with Cathy.

Cathy has positively changed my life forever. The gym can be such a scary and intimidating place, but because of Cathy, I am able to be my most confident self at the gym. Cathy helped me fall in love with lifting weights and taught me that being strong is beautiful. She always pushed me to be stronger and shared her extensive knowledge of fitness with me. Because of her, I now have healthy habits that benefit me today and will benefit me in the future. In my 40's I used to regularly exercise, but now 59 years, retired and post menopause, I lacked motivation to follow regular diet/exercise programs. I also really did not know where to start, as there are so many health and fitness options on the market.
I found Catherine's website, recommended by a friend and thought I would give it a try. Within a day, Catherine was in touch and booked a consultation online via zoom.
I found her really helpful, friendly and down to earth.
Catherine, understood all of my current issues and really listened to my needs and noted things that worked or did not work to create an individual healthy eating workbook and daily exercise program for me, both were easy to follow and backed up by her extensive knowledge around dietary needs. I felt in safe hands and she booked weekly catch ups and took the time to comment on my workout plans daily.
I now feel motivated and healthier, I wake up and have a plan for the day, which is realistic and achievable. I have noticed improvements in my health and body.
